Certifications are an expression of the high quality and precision that we at Antrok apply to every project. As part of our activities for industrial companies, we have all the relevant certifications and proof of guaranteed quality.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

Antrok is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and has thus demonstrated a functional and consistent QMS. The certificate confirms the application and applies to the areas of planning, design, assembly and service of pressure vessels, pipeline construction, casting technology and plant engineering.

IATF 16949:2016

The IATF 16949 standard combines existing general requirements for quality management systems in the automotive industry. The implementation of IATF 16949:2016 proves that the company meets the automotive industry's highest standards for production and services in terms of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Certification makes it possible to continuously improve and at the same time maintain a competitive advantage.

DIN ISO 1090-1/-2 execution class EXC3

These certificates confirm that all requirements for factory production control certifications are met in accordance with the standard and that all welding processes (arc welding, manual welding, MAG welding, MAG welding with flux-cored electrode, TIG welding, gas welding) can be carried out. Test processes for monitoring the execution of welding work are available. Antrok Anlagentechnik is certified as a specialist welding company in accordance with DIN EN 729 Part 3. Our welders are certified in accordance with DIN EN 287-1 and 2 as well as AD-Merkblatt HP 3 and TRD 201.

HP0 approval according to AD2000

In order to qualify manufacturers of pressure equipment, the AD 2000 defines the HP 0 approval. This defines the general principles for the design, manufacture and associated tests. A prerequisite for HP 0 approval is compliance with the requirements of ISO 3834-3.
