For all parts that are processed by us, we offer collection and delivery to and from your sites with our own fleet of vehicles - directly connected to your merchandise management system.
Delivered components are intensively checked for dirt, defects and damage in the incoming goods department. This allows us to install a second inspection stage after the customer inspection, which makes any transport damage immediately visible. After processing, the workpieces are wrapped to protect them from dust and dirt and transported to their desired destination.
Our logistics are based on permanent component tracking using Data Matrix Code (DMC). Component traceability is ensured by scanning each individual component using DMC codes before it is fed into the process and storing it in the SAP system with all the associated process data. If the customer's DMC code is not available, traceability is ensured by comparing the documentation accompanying production with the incoming and outgoing bookings.
