Impregnated workpieces undergo final quality assurance before they can be returned to production. Antrok tests components for final tightness in a pressure test station using the differential pressure test method. Depending on the requirements, different pressure chambers are tested independently of each other. The results ensure that all cast-in channels in the workpiece reliably meet the specified requirements.
We are happy to take on this responsible task for you as part of the supply chain on two test benches, each with a capacity of 600 pieces per day. The reasons for this are obvious: in principle, workpieces can be impregnated up to three times before they are finally booked as N.O.O. parts. Performing impregnation and leak testing in a single work step is therefore the best option for reducing transport costs and time to a minimum and being able to react flexibly if a part needs to be reworked.
