Full service for our customers

Antrok offers you the planning and implementation of efficient solutions for supply chains and value-added processes - all from a single source. With a holistic approach, we optimize your processes and create relief at critical points.

Our employees are trained to understand our customers' production processes from start to finish. With expert advice, we identify opportunities and possibilities to uncover further optimization potential. Our focus is always on increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

As part of our supply chain solutions, we are actively committed to sustainable management,CO2 neutrality and closing the loop for raw materials. We help you to design your production chains in such a way that they combine economic efficiency and ecological responsibility with tailor-made solutions.

Against this backdrop, contract impregnation for the reconditioning of components classified as n.i.o. has been a key component of our supply chain solutions for many years.

SIGNIFICANT ADDED VALUE THROUGH IMPREGNATION

Impregnation is the state-of-the-art method for reliably reconditioning defective parts and returning them to production while restoring the quality requirements. The costs for the impregnation of workpieces are only a fraction of what the component caused up to the point of complaint. Impregnation therefore makes a significant contribution to rationalization and cost reduction in production and also completely eliminates the risk of a new complaint during post-production.

Antrok offers you the contract impregnation of metals and plastics of all kinds using our special vacuum impregnation process. Using a modern impregnation system, we treat your components with synthetic resin to the highest standard and reliably seal microcracks and small inclusions to ensure the required component quality.

Antrok specializes in impregnation for the automotive industry. Maximum flexibility is our promise to you. To ensure just-in-time completion of your components, we work around the clock in 3-shift operation with a capacity of 0.8 m3 per basket. We adapt flexibly to your requirements. We are in constant communication with our contacts on the customer side and realize your requirements up to quantity announcements on a daily basis.

Modern system technology

High-quality materials and efficient system components

The key component in impregnation is the casting resin used. With the high-quality Maldaner IM3000, we rely exclusively on quality from the market leader when processing your components. IM3000 is subject to strict quality tests and is an approved casting resin for all well-known national and international car manufacturers.

Your castings are impregnated on fully automated systems that have been individually adapted to our requirements by Antrok Automatisierung. The expansion of the standard system to include a second manipulator and a second polymerization tank enables the throughput capacities to be adapted completely flexibly and economically to the number of pieces.

High-quality impregnating resin

When selecting the impregnating resin, we rely exclusively on the highest quality levels:

Resin: IM3000
Density (20°): 1.04 g/ml
Viscosity (20°) Frikmar cup no. 3: 27s
Vapor pressure: < 15 Pa
Appearance: yellow-clear
Odor: slightly ester-like
Temperature resistance (cured): -110°C to +200°C

Certified quality

Antrok is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and has thus demonstrated a functional and consistent QMS that is practiced in all areas of the company. Ensuring our quality is based on four important building blocks.

Lean management

All processes in incoming goods, production and outgoing goods are clearly defined with regard to the material flow. The internal transportation of materials takes place via defined storage locations in the sense of first in - first out warehouse management. In accordance with the lean management system, this ensures that raw and finished parts travel the shortest possible distances.

Parameter monitoring

Water quality plays a decisive role in impregnation. All system parameters such as pH value, temperature, water quality and resin content are checked and comprehensively documented at every shift change. The demineralized water required for our impregnation process to avoid mineral residues is produced in our own reverse osmosis system and constantly monitored by machine.

Visual inspection and qualification

After each run, the impregnated components are visually inspected for any resin residue using cold light. We monitor the degree of fulfillment in terms of quality and productivity by evaluating key performance indicators. In the interests of continuous improvement, our employees receive regular quality and specialist training in these areas.

Quality assurance by means of 100% testing

Impregnated workpieces undergo final quality assurance before they can be returned to production. Antrok tests components for final tightness in a pressure test station using the differential pressure test method. Depending on the requirements, different pressure chambers are tested independently of each other. The results ensure that all cast-in channels in the workpiece reliably meet the specified requirements.

Preventive maintenance

Constant risk assessment (TPM) is used to determine defined maintenance and inspection measures in order to ensure continuous availability of production. The prevention of causes of failure is achieved through the timely and condition-oriented replacement of wearing parts and the assumption of care, maintenance and repair of the systems by the employees on site. All measures are documented in a maintenance database.
