New design & manufacture
of a liquid aluminum hot tipping station

A gas heating system consisting of a cold air burner with gas control section and control cabinet is provided for the aluminum holding process. The heating system can be inserted through the upper container opening using a slewing crane. The temperature control is adjustable and the temperature is recorded via the flue gas control section. The tipping process is operated via a control panel, which is attached to the device at a suitable point.
