AID FOR UKRAINE

It is with great concern and incomprehensible horror that we follow the dramatic images from Ukraine on a daily basis. Our solidarity, our fullest sympathy, but also our utmost respect goes to those who are defending their country there and those who have had to leave it. We in the Antrok Group have decided to help these people. That is why we are donating 6,000 euros to the organization "Aktionsbündnis Katastrophenhilfe".

Impulses for the heart

The health of all employees is a top priority for Antrok. We want to be optimally prepared not only in terms of prevention, but also in the event of acute danger. For this reason, we have installed 3 defibrillators on the Maintenance Campus. The "Defikataster" app contains a database of all registered defibrillators in Germany, and Antrok is also represented here. We recommend having this app on your phone, because knowing the location of the nearest defibrillator can save lives. You can find the app in all popular app stores.

Shape your future with Antrok

Under the motto "Shape your future with Antrok", we took part in the 12th trainee & student days in Kassel as an exhibitor at the end of August. This year, trainees from the 1st and 2nd year of their apprenticeship gave over 7000 interested pupils and parents an understanding of our apprenticeships. We are delighted to give young people the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills with vocational training at our company and thus actively shape their future.

The company history from 1989 to today

Herbert Lotz founded the company Lotz GmbH in Fritzlar in 1989 after many years as a foreman at the German company Babcock and as production manager at a medium-sized plant manufacturer in northern Hesse. In its first year of business, the company was already operating successfully with 19 employees in the field of industrial pipeline construction. Thanks to his pragmatic solutions and high reliability, Mr. Lotz very quickly succeeded in expanding his customer base - particularly in the automotive industry. In order to be equipped for all technical requirements, he decided to expand the company management. In 1993, Dipl.-Ing. Guido Barde joined the company as a freelancer. As plant manager of a company, Mr. Barde contributed his experience in the areas of pipeline and heating construction as well as process heat.

For health reasons, Mr. Lotz retired from active management in 1994. In January 1995, Mr. Barde was appointed Managing Director. At the same time, he took over the majority of the shares in the company, which was renamed Antrok Lotz Barde GmbH Anlagentechnik in 2000. Our company founder and long-time colleague Herbert Lotz left the company as an employee in 2000 and as a shareholder in 2010.

In 2018, we decided on a comprehensive overhaul of the Antrok corporate identity. With a new design and a new company structure with five specialized business units, we want to understand and meet the needs of our customers even more specifically in the future.

Since the company was founded, treating our employees with respect and appreciation has been an integral part of our corporate philosophy. We have summarized key principles in our Antrok Social Charter.
