EXTENSIVE INVESTMENT IN THE EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING RECYCLING CENTER: 

• Significant increase in process reliability thanks to higher system availability and redundancy Shredder Hall 5
• Improved work safety thanks to special drive system and self-contained system Higher quality and throughput thanks to individual recipes via PLC
• CO2-Reduction and improvement of waste balance: no processing by external companies necessary if the VW shredder breaks down

DEVELOPMENT OF THE RECYCLING CENTER TO DATE

• Complete mapping of the recycling cycle, from unloading the virgin material to shredding the scrap and preparing the shredded material for melting
• Handling of approx. 25,000 tons of aluminium waste per year
• Expansion of activities at the recycling site by crushing the salt slag blocks from the foundry for further transportation
• Chiseling over 2,000 tons of blocks per year
